I watched Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on Friday (great film by the way) and this quote was one I instantly knew I would have to share, as soon as I heard it.

When we have setbacks in life it can be easy to become disheartened. These events shape us, and help us to build resilience so the next time they occur we do not suffer the same knock. The flip side to remember is that whilst we have bad times, good times also occur. It is the nature of perspective that, without the bad it is impossible to notice the good in your life.
